Shipping & Returns


We currently only deliver to New Zealand addresses.

All orders are sent via NZ Post and we use tracked delivery. A tracking code will be emailed to you so you can check on progress. North Island delivery is usually overnight and South island can take up to two days.

Please be patient and use the tracking update tools available to you via NZ Post if your package is slightly delayed.


Shipping fees are $10.00 for North Island and $15.00 for South Island deliveries. A surcharge of $5.00 is added for any rural addresses.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To be eligible to return an item, you must notify us at within 14 days of delivery the reason why you want to return an item. If 14 days have gone by since delivery confirmation, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Product returns must be sent via tracked delivery to: 106 Koutunui Road, Athenree, Katikati 3177.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of any refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a refund will be applied to your original method of payment as quickly as practicable. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If you qualified for free shipping, a fee of $8.00 (or $11.00 if it was to a rural address) will be deducted from any refund amount.

If there is a delay in when you expect to see the refund, first check your bank account again and/or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
